Lavender Simple Syrup

  • Add 1-1.5 c of water (1.5 best for sugar-free) and kit contents to a saucepan. Pour a bit of the water into the bottle to loosen any pieces stuck inside.

  • Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves, then continue boiling for 5 min.

  • Cover, reduce the heat, and simmer for another 10 min.

  • Remove from heat. Steep for 15 min.

  • Strain and transfer to kit container.

  • Allow to cool completely.

  • Refrigerate for several hours/overnight.

  • Keep refrigerated.
